Email Us Your Query Along With The Picture Of The Defect As Proof. If Any Product Is Unsatisfactory Due To Defective Workmanship Or Materials, We Will Replace Or Refund You The Purchase Price.

- For Cash On Delivery Orders Within Karachi, Refund Can Be Collected From Our Head Office. Orders Outside Karachi Will Be Issued A Pay Order In The Name Of The Customer Mentioned In The Shipping Details.
- For Orders Paid Using Credit/Debit Card Or Paypal, Refund Will Be Credited Into The Same Account. It Takes Up To 10 Working Days For Online Refund To Reflect On Your Statement.
- Please Allow Us Up To 10 Days For The Refund To Be Processed After Goods Are Received.
- Returns, Exchanges& Refunds Will Only Be Facilitated For The Goods Purchased Through www.ayesha-somaya.com Only.
- Goods & Items Purchased On Sale Or Other Promotions Are Not Eligible For Returns & Exchange, Unless You Have Received Damaged Goods.
- We will exchange sizes or any damage product only when our product is sent back to our Karachi address that we provide and upon availability of design/size.
